About Me
My Story
After "involuntarily resigning" from a job that no longer served me, I made the journey across the country at age 34 and became a teacher. In my early years of teaching, I used to toss and turn at night wondering how I could connect more with my students, especially those who had behavioral and academic challenges due to personal traumas. I suffered from severe panic attacks and was desperate for change. One day, I realized that the only way to build strong caring relationships with my students was to work on building the greatest relationship with myself.

This led me to do years of spiritual work on myself by researching and using multiple healing modalities, working with spiritual counselors, meditating, and finding my heart's desire to maintain a healthy life balance. During this process, I was able to obtain my life coaching certification which has provided me with essential tools, in addition to the spiritual work, needed to support other teachers with improving their lives. I believe that if a teacher is happy, the children are happy, and the whole world benefits.

With almost twenty years of teaching experience worldwide, maintaining National Certification in the United States, presenting and coaching ideas to teachers, and following my heart's desires, I know my life's divine purpose is to support other teachers in doing the same.
